Eyemik seems to be a little know re-brand name that often was used together with Quantery (EyeMik-Quantery), a brand that was mainly used as a house brand for Ritz Camera's. It looks like the Eymik lenses were made like original manufacturers such as Sigma, but I was not able to find any proof of that, aside from a likeness of this lens to the Sigma 135mm 1:2.8 Pantel.
